[DeTomaso] Strange electrical - instrument / dash light problem

 SoBill's diagram is attached.  The only reference to the head lights is in the top left "HEAD"?.  You might check to see if you have power to fuse #3 to isolate the issue?
A colored 74 diagram is also attached.  Might help if your car is the same?

Could the extra current draw of high beam be an issue?
