[DeTomaso] Campagnolo Refinishing

Pantera Parts Connection has taken the Boeing spec for refurbishing originally written for early 727 and 737 planes that used Cast Magnesium landing wheels in those aircraft. Jack DeRyke found this spec for us, so we incorporated the process in our refurbishing the porous Cast Magnesium wheel structure.

    I took some advice I saw a while back about contacting some aircraft repair shops who might specialize in magnesium work.  Both airports I visited had about 3 repair shops and none of them could give me any advice of who might be familiar with magnesium work.  Not even the Beechcraft shop who reportedly have more magnesium in their airplanes, FWIW.
