Michael Shortt had an outlet that does magnesium wheel heat treatment and re-finishing. I think Mike Drew and/or Jack DeRyke have documented procedures for doing the work at home if you can get access to your kitchen oven.

Subject: [DeTomaso] Campagnolo Refinishing
Does any one have a procedure they have used or a vendor they have used who can refinish Campagnolo Wheels.
I took some advice I saw a while back about contacting some aircraft repair shops who might specialize in magnesium work. Both airports I visited had about 3 repair shops and none of them could give me any advice of who might be familiar with magnesium work. Not even the Beechcraft shop who reportedly have more magnesium in their airplanes, FWIW.
Thanks,
Fred Foreman
