[DeTomaso] Brakes

Not trying to run this in the ground, but does anyone have either a Brembo or Wilwood caliper part number for the front and rear that would fit on a stock 15” rim for a 71 using factory rotors?  I was told that they can be made to work but need adapters made.  Not sure how reliable my source is so I’m asking here.  Has anyone done this so I can be walked through it?  Thanks.
