Hi Robert,
I am not yet able to disclose the company.
No, I did not specifically ask them to insure my parts.
I believe they will normally protect themselves when shipping the parts back to customers, and thus insure the parts properly?
Or is that me having it wrong?

I assumed they were properly insured in the same way as they were when sent to them.
Shop estimated the return shipping and added it to my repair invoice.
Then I paid the shop the full total amount, and they shipped the parts by UPS.
It was agreed on a 3 day shipping and that involved air freight.

Later, after it was shipped I suddenly realized by checking the tracking number, that it was changed to a 5 day ground shipment by the shop.
I didn't bother to question that since it was just 2 days more, and I could live with it if parts showed up on time.

Cheers Bjoern
