[DeTomaso] Need help identifying this disconnected wire in my fuse block

Aha!! Forest gets the Prize! Hazard warning lights it is!  

Wiring diagram says it should go to #8 but it was hooked up to fuse #9. 

Next problem is that the wire side of the connector is broken. The little spring loads then grab the blade on the male side are broken. Off to the store to get a replacement and some crimpers...
