[DeTomaso] Microsoft is sneaking the Windows 10 update onto PCs

If you want to keep window's 10 from installing and bugging you... there is
a cool little utility that I use that modifies the registry to stop that
Windows 10 upgrade message...

Just go here: https://www.grc.com/never10.htm

and run the program ... it will turn off the window's 10 upgrade
process.... or turn it back on if you decide you want to upgrade.
