[DeTomaso] Extracting still photos from a video file?

I would play the video full screen in whatever movie player program you have on your computer and stop on the frame that you want.
Then move the mouse off screen to the side.
Press hold the Alt button and then hit the Print Screen button.
Open the Paint program.
Press Ctrl-V to paste the image into Paint
Then Save As .jpg as whatever name you want.
