[DeTomaso] NPC: Safety Recall, better late than never

We were being nagged about the same thing for Shelley's 1995 Jeep.  Once 
they started -calling- us on the phone we finally went in and they found 
we had the factory installed towing package with the large heavy duty 
receiver already installed.

Duh, but apparently they lost that fact somewhere along the line.

Too bad they didn't decide to replace it; I would have enjoyed having a 
brand new one. :)
