Here's what I can tell you about the NEW "Track Boss Cleveland block" 
originally known as the Tod Buttermore block.

Tod did a good job of keeping the outside original.
I would say it is 90% there.
We plan on making the last 10% changes so it look just like the OE.
We have had a lot of interest in the Australian market and requesting it
stay very OE looking.
The inside is "beefed" up pretty healthy,
Change we are making inside is:
4-bolt played billet main caps
1-piece rear main seal.
Solid bulk head ( Buttermore made them .100" thicker, we are making them
solid!!)
Max bore will be 4.185"-4.200"
Deck heights will be 9.200" & 9.500"
Aluminum & cast iron material

This block will be cast in Wisconsin.
Aluminum blocks will be cast at Eck Industries.  Eck currently cast products
for the aviation industry, some blocks for GM and heads for Dart.
Eck cast all the blocks for the Mid 2000 Ford GT vehicle.

Cast Iron blocks will be cast at Manitowoc Grey Iron. MGI also does castings
with Ford, but no production.
Ford has used them for proving out their patterns before they get sent to
Mexico, in some cases.
MGI also has the ability to cast CGI, which will be in our future for the
Track Boss Cleveland block.

I will not comment on the Titus block and/or the past relationship MME had
with Tod Buttermore.

If you have any other questions about the Track Boss block, I'll be glad to
help.

We are expecting the first casting in about 6 weeks, and will debut at the
PRI show.

There are highlight that I cannot share at this point. But they are "firsts"
for the automotive industry.
All I can say is the President of R&D at Eck said "I guarantee this will be
the strongest aluminum engine block"

                Good question for engine cognoscenti.  Obviously two
different sources.  I seem to recall some aspersions that the Titus product
improperly "borrowed" from the Butterworth engine, but I don't know.

                The Butterworth block is now the Tim Meyer block and will,
hopefully be in production soon.  The Titus block has been out for 
a couple of years.   I don't think that there is any publicized 
experience with the Titus block in racing competition nor have I heard of
any street installations until the one in the video link.

               I suppose that in the fullness of time we'll know more, but I
am impatient.
