[DeTomaso] NPC: Choices, choices - Exotic Driving Experience

Does anyone know if the cars are speed limited?

It seems unlikely that they would turn people loose on a race track
without it.

I have a friend that did a formula-1 type car at COTA, and they were speed
limited.  They also had remote kill in case someone went nuts.
