[DeTomaso] Documentation of Panteras increased value

The last four Pantera purchases I know of were by guys under, or just about, 40. None were alive when it came out.

So there is a market/interest in the younger crowd.

Even better, the current crop of young people only know of the Pantera as a reliable, sorted, and well designed car with lots of heritage.

One guy even spit whiskey through his nose when I told him they were sold through Lincoln-Mercury dealerships in the US.

Time has been good to our cars...

I'm under 40 and own a Pantera. There are people in my neighborhood that are surprised when I tell them what I have though. Most car guys that are my age like the Pantera.

I went to high school thinking the glory days of horsepower were over; 300 hp was a LOT to me. I had a 5.0 Mustang and loved it. I had big dreams for the car but it wasn't the time.
