Are the Bassets steel?

If so, how much do they weigh?

One of the reasons I have never considered bigger aftermarket wheels (besides looks, height, and lack of 17" tire choices) is the huge increase in weight.

I remember the first time I picked up an aftermarket 17" rear wheel, I wanted it as far away from my car as possible due to the large weight difference over the factory 15s.

I quickly realized that pushing the car away from the wheel was easier than vice versa!
