[DeTomaso] NPC good idea for mileage.

Jeff said it very well.

I just changed the hybrid battery on our Insight for the 2nd time. It was
$1500 this time. Gas mileage has dropped to about 55mpg. Overall mileage
is 213,000. If it were a straight gasoline engine w/out hybrid, it would
probably run about 45mpg. That¹s an average of 50/50 highway city based
on our experiences the past year with a dead hybrid battery. Driveability
was pretty bad under 10mph. A turbo 3-cylinder would be better overall.
