[DeTomaso] MSD fuel injection

I think the big part of Carbs getting a bad rap is how they are tuned. An
EFI system are usually tuned with a timing and O2 reference. A carb is
generally tuned with seat of the pants reference. Add an O2 and work more
with your timing and success tuning a carb is greatly advanced.
