[DeTomaso] MSD fuel injection

As Kirby pointed out, I was an unhappy EFI owner for a long time. There
were many reasons with the top one being a constant communication problem
between my computer and the ECU. I am lucky in that Kirby lives near by
and is willing to help. He came down a couple weeks ago and worked on it
for about 2 hours. GOt it very close. Once there, I can at least drive
around without fear of hurting the engine. I am having fun again. Got the
car inspected for the first time in over 2 years.
I do not have the personality to go EFI alone. I am a thrasher. You know
the type. If an adjustment of .1 is good, then an adjustment of 2.5 would
be MUCH better. Now that we are close, I know to adjust one parameter at a
time and let it run for a while. Make small adjustments.
Of course it helps to have Kirby close by.
