[DeTomaso] Carb problem

I had a problem with my Demon (in my Mustang) stalling at the end of my
driveway (I have a very steep driveway and my car was facing down). I just
today adjusted the float to where the gas just barely comes out the sight
plug and that has fixed it. I went up and down my driveway in
celebration! My brakes don't work too good so I haven't tried driving it
for real yet.

The same principals apply under hard braking so I think adjusting your
float is a very rewarding thing to do.

This video was *way* helpful!

Go outside right now, put your car on a level surface, crank the motor a
few times without starting it. Now take the sight plugs out. If gas comes
out right away your floats are too high. If you shake the car and fuel
comes out then they're probably about right.
