[DeTomaso] MSD ignition module - warranty work

They went Chapter 11 on Sept 6.
There was a bunch of court thrashing and some threats and then Nov 20 
they were bought by one of the shareholders.

"Bankrupt auto parts maker MSD Performance Inc. announced Tuesday that 
it would sell itself as a going concern to Z Capital Partners LLC, 
having accepted the private equity firm's $78 million offer."

I think they've been operating as normally as possible throughout, but 
I'd phone them before I sent something to them anyway.
