[DeTomaso] Halibrand on Magnesium Wheels

For what its worth, some years ago when I was working "hands on" with fast
jets, we had a mandated maintenance regime for the magnesium wheels. I
certainly remember careful inspection, touching up "furry" spots with
dichromate and paint, crack detection with dye penetrant and even x-ray.
However, no heat stress relieving - and these were wheels with 30+ years of
very hard use.

Each to his own of course, and I guess if it gives you peace of mind then
its worth it to you....
