[DeTomaso] Halibrand on Magnesium Wheels

Thanks Steve for going through the trouble of info searching. It makes legal sense for a company man to not give out info on changing a forty + year old alloy rim on any level. Legal liability risks scare so many and the deep/big pockets will most likely pay.
