[DeTomaso] SOBill Question - Ignition coil resistance

... or anyone else who knows electronics better than I.

I'm looking at different ignition coils.  They have different resistance 
ratings: 3 ohm, 1.5 ohm and 0.32 ohm.

What is the difference between the resistance ratings and which is better?
