None is "better" than the others.
What you need depends on what ignition system you are using.
If you use too low a resistance coil you will fry your ignition module.
If you use too high a coil you will not have spark at higher revs

Check the literature or online for what your system requires

I'm looking at different ignition coils.  They have different resistance 
atings: 3 ohm, 1.5 ohm and 0.32 ohm.
What is the difference between the resistance ratings and which is better?
