[DeTomaso] Removing ANSA resonator tips?

I was going to try a step bit. You know, it looks like a spinning top. You
could drill the top hole as big as the bit then punch right through to the
next one. I'm scared that it will be a tight fit to snake it back out
without pulling it off though.
