Sure, i know the car.
Roland Bohner bought the car with a heavy front crash decades ago. Whyle no
Internet and no support thrue a club existed, he only had a small picture,
where he could see, how the car should look, he did all repairs himself. He
was on one of the Euro meetings years ago when my Mangusta restauration was
just finished. Amazing, how he build his turbo system without any support
from others.
Roland just called me one of these days and told me, he wants to see us at
Spa. I guess, he took my advise to contact Charlie to get together with us.
I look forward to see him and his car again.
Next weekend i have an appointment with a german television crew to make a
movie in my shop and driving some DT cars on the road. It will be on
television around the Geneva motor show. They asked me for a statement about
the new DeTomaso. What should is say? What you guys think about the new
company?
Roland
