[DeTomaso] DeTomaso Digest, Vol 85, Issue 20-Pressure cap

While I was fighting the coolant-in-the-crankcase war last year I got 
the cooling system up to 28 psi.
Had to tighten a couple of clamps along the way though.
(It's all new stainless and double clamped)
Then I only run a 13 psi cap - no issues.
