Oh Mike... I am devastated and heartbroken to read your letter.   I prayed 
so hard and always hoped Julie would somehow  miraculously show some signs 
of improvement.   I can't  even imagine what she and you have endured. She  
was the bravest and most special girl and you are the  kindest, most loving, 
caring and extraordinary person  I know.  My love and condolences are with 
you all.
