[DeTomaso] trickle/alarm question--opinions needed!

Most of the trickle/intelligent chargers are designed to charge your battery whilst fully connected to the car. My CTEK charger came with a small wiring loom that permanently wires to the car, I just access the connector and plug the charger in.

 

Personally I'd leave the battery connected and alarm active.
