Stop Leak works. 
It may or may not be permanent but it stops small leaks. 
The area your leak is dripping may rust the corner of the chin panel under 
the grille, which is a true p.i.a. to replace, but generates cash for Johnny 
Woods who makes the panels. Don't ask how I know this.
Welded aluminum radiators work better and don't leak unless you overtighten 
things. Rad changes are one mod that in spite of your past history, should 
be only a minor bolt-in.
