 If I was in your shoes, basically starting from scratch, I'd go with a Ford Duraspark unit, from Dizzy to brain box.

Proven OEM quality, not as picky as the MSD or Mallory units, and damn cheap and easy to replace at any Pep Boys or NAPA.

Will work just fine for a stock Pantera, and most mildly upgraded ones, too.

Not offered on Clevelands, but the units from the 460 and others are a drop in.
