[DeTomaso] # of surviving cars

This forum is now run by POCA and appears to be open to everyone,

But having said that, in the plan that I suggest, the Registry would be open
to those who are in it
and who have paid to support it.

Pay the fee, get the password, get the DPR document and have your car
notated from that point forward.

Same as Shelby, Cobra, and others.

I mean y'all pay for a Marti report, why not a DPR?

I have no idea where FREE became a right,

Don't get me started on US Politics.

It costs money to gather information, post it, and maintain it.

The Panteras cost money to buy, own and maintain, I don't expect gas for
FREE,
I don't expect Precision ProFormance to send me parts for FREE.

If I paid to get a DPR document and be listed on the Registry, then I would
expect to pay for the
service. If only members of the Registry could have access or request a 24
password for a
guest to use ( potential buyers perhaps ) that could work and again,
everybody gets something and we start to build a permanent database
that will outlive us all. Remember, for the most part, we are guardians of
these cars,
unless wrecked or neglected, they will outlast all of us.

Go to any auto museum or car show, 99% of the people who bought those cars
when NEW are DEAD.
