[DeTomaso] crossmember

Bill,

 

You are correct you don't need to relocate it, just cut out the wleded one and replace with the removable version. This will allow you to drop the oil pan through the chassis rails, although it is a fine art to jiggle the Aviaid pan and get it past the oil pick up strainer. I ended up opening up the tray a little around the pick up hole.
