Well, the shop doing the work is in Lithuania. Perhaps the cost of living there makes it 
possible to do work far cheaper than the same work can be done elsewhere in the world. 
For example, I can buy a hand made violin made by a master luthier in Romania for a 
fraction of the cost of the same instrument from Western Europe, Japan or the USA.

Just a thought...

The work looks amazing, but how can the finished car be worth anywhere near the cost?
