One thing to consider is the import fees on cars in Norway. Restoring a car with Norwegian identity may be cheaper than buying one abroad and importing it. A 1974 car may not be affected as badly as newer cars but it's a thing to consider. When we were playing with the online calculator for import fees a couple of years ago I think the import fees/taxes for a GT5 were in the neighborhood of 50 kUSD.
