Ouch!

This could almost certainly be handled with say a VDO sender and the 
gauge corrector I created to mix and match my Veglia tank sender and VDO 
fuel gauge.

Has anyone checked the resistance of the sender or what resistance is 
needed for various readings of the gauge?
