[DeTomaso] Purchasing a Pantera in, say, 1977 ...

Used to go by Main lincoln-Mercury everyday on the way to classes.  Several new cars here in San Antonio went for below
sticker back then.  I remember some 2 & 3 year old cars going in the 6k range.
