Hope you can see the chart I cut and pasted...the Ferrea valve shows two different cuts for exhaust...a 12 degree under-cut 
dish head vs. a 9 degree flo dish head. I think the first one (12 degree under cut) is better?  This is the 5000 series 
which is probably more to my use (street and a few track days).  Or the Milodons...both are about the same cost.

Flatlander Racing appears to have the Manley Severe Duty 351C valves for $398 for all 16:

They also have the Ferrea 6000 Series valves for $15 each, has anyone tried them?  Some people seem to prefer the Ferrea valves, I don't recall why.
 
They are usually cheaper than Summit if they have the part.
