Will,

AFAIK 104+ Octane Boost is safe for O2 sensors but to be sure, you may want
to ask Gold Eagle, the manufacturer. Here's one of their FAQ's on the
subject and while they say that 104+ doesn't contain MMT which is harmful to
O2 sensors they don't specifically say that all the other ingredients in
104+ are safe for O2 sensors.

Q: Do any of the 104+ products contain alcohol or MMT?
A: No. 104+ products contain neither alcohol nor MMT. MMT is extremely
harmful to spark plugs, catalytic converters, and OBD (on-board diagnostic)
oxygen sensor systems. It is not recommended by vehicle manufacturers, and
is considered an environmental hazard.

Is it true that Octane Booster fouls O2 sensors?
