Thanks for the clarification on snopes and the bill. Someone in government needs to stand back and put all this crap in perspective and evaluate it on a global scale. It can't make a shite of difference to global climate change, so Califormians will suffer in order that some guy in some third World Country can continue knocking out cheap goods with zero environmental responsibility....better for the economy if the lawmakers would levy huge taxes on or even ban those imported goods that cannot demonstrate environmental responsibility in manufacture.
