Absolutely not--in fact if you use them normally, you won't see a difference, 
and if you use them hard, the drilling will lead to cracks which leads to 
throwing them away.

Not all Mustang rotors are created equally.   John Taphorn had great luck 
with generic rotors purchased from his local auto parts store chain (O'Reilly's). 
  On the other hand, I bought some from Kragen and sent them to Switzerland, 
and Thierry Monney had problems.   The goal is to knock the Mustang studs out 
and transfer the Pantera studs over into the Mustang rotors.   The 
non-threaded portion of the studs on the Kragen rotors was larger, resulting in the 
Pantera studs spinning freely in the Mustang hub.

FWIW I have these rotors on the front of my '66 Mustang, and they have put up 
with endless abuse including monster track days at the Nurburgring and Spa, 
with no problems.   Two thumbs up!
