Oops, I forgot to answer your question regarding installation.

The job of the camber bar is NOT to crank the wheelhouses out; excess torque 
on the nut can lead to cracking of the paint.

To install, jack the rear of the car in the center, allowing the suspension 
to droop.   Remove the old camber bar, install the new one, and expand it so 
that it is snug, or perhaps just a bit better than snug.   Lock it down, bolt it 
in, and you're done.
