[DeTomaso] Fw: Clutch problems

Panteraplace says the center of the rod to the back (where it meets the 
slace cylinder )should be 3.07 to3.09". Mine is much longer. If I shorten it 
to this amount, will it extend out far enough? What happens to this 
measurement as the disk wears? Don't we want the  the pushrod all the way 
back in the cylinder if the clutch is not depressed?
