Passenger seat, or passenger's lap as we did when a Campy cracked on the way 
home from 'Vegas one year. Or if you don't run a rear tub nor 180 headers, a 
giant rear tire fits on top of the ZF cases with the decklid closed & latched. 
That's where a mandatory full-sized 13 or 14" wide spare was carried in Euro
