Carbs hold down nuts/bolts need only slightly more than finger tight.
The only time the bolts are need is when the engine isn't running. The rest
of the time, manifold vacuum holds the carb down such that Godzilla couldn't
pull it off.
If you over tighten the mounting you will likely warp the carb base plate so
the throttle plates will want to stick or carb mounting ears will break off.
