  carburetor (down to and including the oil pan) will be different.  Actually, I think the flywheel 
  and clutch will interchange, but nothing else will. The rest of your existing blowed-up 377 
  stroker becomes swap-meet fodder, or scrap.

Motor mounts are the same, you will need new headers though. >>>
