[DeTomaso] Cleveland/Windsor Differences? Was Life Expectancy

Thank you to both Daves!
     I am kind of fuzzy about what would need to be changed to go from a 
Cleveland to a Windsor or Clevor in a Pantera,  can you guys enlighten me? 
I am thinking:
1.  Different motor mounts,  where do you get those?
2.  Different water pump
3.  Different headers
4.  Different intake manifold
5.  Different timing chain

     Am I forgetting anything?
