[DeTomaso] Clutch Master differences

I think your suspicion about only the rod being different are correct. I 
looked it up in the orange Ford parts book and only one clutch master 
cylnder part # was listed for all Ford program Panteras 71-74. The rod that 
was used with the effort reduction kit is shown with it's own separate 
unique part number. Try the cheap one first or try a different vendor......
