Mike,

That’s standard for GT5 Panteras so tires are available from Pirelli and Michelin. 

The wheels themselves are scrap, though. Dangerous to run on a car and it’s rather unconscionable to offer them up for sale IMHO, considering all the failures they have experienced over the years. They really should be in a recycling bin.
