[DeTomaso] Disc Stuck?

Trip,

It sounds to me like you have a clutch hydraulics issue, not a stuck plate issue. Failed master or slave would be my first guess. 

Even if you don’t actually drive the car it’s always good to give the clutch and brake pedals a few good solid pumps every few weeks. They will last almost forever they way. Sitting just kills them….
