[DeTomaso] NPT Torque specs in Japanese service manual

I spent a lot of time looking for the torque for a couple caliper "slider" bolts.  Is the symbol here an indication of torque, and does this mean 32 ft-lbs?  Looks like 32 ft lbs is about 43 N meters.
