[DeTomaso] Holley Carb Air Cleaner Stud Hole Thread Repair

The threads in my Holley 4150 carb for the Air Cleaner Stud are stripped
out.  

It doesn't look like there's enough metal there to install a Heli-Coil.

Has anyone run into this before and found successful repair method?

My only thought is J-B Weld.
